An electronic voucher is a voucher that can be spent at a variety of online retailers that protects your financial data and at the same time often entitles you to discounts when using it as an alternative payment method.

Q: How does the discount work?

All our vouchers have a discount attached.
With discounts you will get the full value of the voucher but only pay the discounted price.
This is possible since we buy our gift cards and vouchers from affiliates in batches.
You will always get the full voucher value at a discounted price!

Q: I have seen GiftCardFan on my bank statement. What is this?

GiftCardFan is a retailer selling vouchers from many providers, which can be used at online retailers to pay for goods or services. Your purchase will appear on your card or bank statement as GiftCardFan. If you can't remember buying one from us, then please get in touch.

Q: What do I do if my voucher doesn't work or I have any other questions regarding the voucher I bought?

Get in touch by using the live support button or the “contact form” on our homepage, or send an email to support@giftcardfan.com. Please include your order number (you can find this on the purchase confirmation we mailed at the time of purchase - if you don’t see the mail, please also check your junk/spam folders).

Q: How do I purchase a voucher or gift card?

Simply by selecting the voucher of your choice and proceeding to the checkout.

Q: Are there any fees for using a voucher? How much are they?

There are no additional fees for purchasing a voucher.

Q: What happens if I don't spend the entire value of the voucher?

The voucher can only be spent at the issuer store that accepts the specific voucher. You can always click on the store location link on the product page to get more information about the specific voucher or gift card.

Q: Why do I have to validate my identity before making a purchase?

We require a full KYC (Know Your Customer) on all our US clients to protect you as a buyer from any fraudulent transactions.
This is for both your and our security. We do NOT save any of your validation information.

Q: Do my purchased gift cards or vouchers expire after a certain date?

If there is an expiry date attached to the gift card or voucher it will be shown in the checkout.
